Salmon pizza braid

Perfect for brunch, for an aperitif, or, why not, for a tasty savory snack. Combining ricotta, dill and salmon, it's tasty and healthy at the same time.

Salmon pizza braid


  • 150 g of ricotta cheese

  • 15 g of dill

  • 50 ml of cream

  • 1 portion of pastry for pizza

  • 120 g of smoked salmon


  1. In a bowl, pour the ricotta, dill and cream. Mix carefully until the mixture reaches a creamy consistency.

  2. Unroll the pizza dough on a baking sheet, placing it on a sheet of baking paper. Then spread the dill cream.

  3. Reduce the smoked salmon into medium-sized strips and arrange them evenly over the dill cream.

  4. Roll up and then, using a knife with a good blade, cut the cylinder in two halves.

  5. Intertwine the two halves to create a concentric shape. Make sure that the two ends join together at the end of the braid.

  6. Bake at 350 ° F in the oven for 30 minutes.
