Ingredients
INGREIENTS:
⅓ cup (65g) allulose
2 large eggs
2 large egg yolks
½ cup (100g) powdered erythritol
¼ teaspoon (1g) salt
1 teaspoon (4mL) vanilla extract
1 cup (250mL) heavy whipping cream
¼ teaspoon (1mL) ube extract
¼ teaspoon (1mL) pandan extract

Steps:
Melt sugae in water and boil until amber
Paur into remekins
in a medium bowl, whisk together the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla until thick, creamy and pale yellow colored.
Add 1 cup heavy cream
Paur into remikins
bake in bain marie at 300º for 50-60 min
Clear the edges nd invert on to plate
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Heat heavy cream until just begins to boil at the edges. Pour little at a time over egg yolks mixture while stirring continuously.
Optoin add ¼ tsp ube or ¼ tsp
*You can use erythritol as a caramel on top but please take note that you won’t be able to achieve the smooth consistency like allulose when it melts. Erythritol will crystallize as soon as it cools down so you’ll be having a grainy caramel on top of the flan. But nevertheless, it will still taste delicious.😋
