Low crab - keto bread that rises to 3-4" and nice golden crust. Easy to make.

Ingredients
Pan size: 4 x 4 x 3 inch square pan
¾ cup (75g) almond flour
¼ cup (28g) coconut flour
¼ cup (32g) psyllium husk powder
2 tablespoons (20g) flaxseed meal
2 tsp (8g) baking powder
pinch of salt
3 large eggs
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
¼ cup (60g) melted butter
⅔ cup hot water
Egg wash
Sliced almonds (or Sunflower seeds)
Preparation
Mix dry ingrdients in a large bowl
Beat the egges and vinegar in a small bowl
Add the melting butter and mix using a spatula.
Add the hot water to the dry ingredients, mix well.
Add the eggs, and with wet hands form the dough to a ball
Pess the ball into the pan and brush with egg wash, Drizze some seed
Bake at 350ºF (325º for convection) for 50-55 minutes (until gold)
