BBQ Sauce

About the Recipe

Grilled Chicken


  • Dijon Mustard   1/4 oz.

  • Grated Parmesan   1/2 oz.

  • Italian Panko Blend 2 Tbsp.

  • Ketchup   0.95 oz.

  • Peach Preserves 1 1/2 oz.

  • Red Pepper Flakes   1/4 tsp.

  • White Balsamic Vinegar  1/4 oz.


BBQ Sauce for grilled chicken

  1. Add peach preserves, ketchup, Dijon, 2 Tbsp. water, white balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt to hot pan. 

  2. Bring to a simmer. Once simmering, stir occasionally until thickened to a BBQ sauce-like consistency, 2-3 minutes. 

  3. Stir in a pinch of pepper. Remove from burner.
