BBQ Sauce
About the Recipe
Grilled Chicken
When your grill is open, flip your chicken and baste it with some of the sauce you set aside. Remember to discard any sauce that was used to marinate the chicken and only baste with the sauce that has not been used.
Ingredients
Dijon Mustard 1/4 oz.
Grated Parmesan 1/2 oz.
Italian Panko Blend 2 Tbsp.
Ketchup 0.95 oz.
Peach Preserves 1 1/2 oz.
Red Pepper Flakes 1/4 tsp.
White Balsamic Vinegar 1/4 oz.
Preparation
BBQ Sauce for grilled chicken
Add peach preserves, ketchup, Dijon, 2 Tbsp. water, white balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt to hot pan.
Bring to a simmer. Once simmering, stir occasionally until thickened to a BBQ sauce-like consistency, 2-3 minutes.
Stir in a pinch of pepper. Remove from burner.
