Dijonnaise Sauce

About the Recipe

Dijonnaise sauce


12 oz pork chops

2 oz pretzels

4 TSP myonnaise

1 TBS brown sugar

2 TSP Dijon mustard


  1.  Mox 2 TBS myonnaise and 2 tsp water

  2. Cush the pretzels

  3. Dip pork chops in myonnaise and coat  with pretzel breading

  4. Fry pork in 2 tsp EVOO for 2-3 min. each side

  5. transfer to 400º baking for 7-8 minutes

Dijonnaise Sauce:

  1. Mix 2 TBS myonnaise, brown sugar and Dijon mustard

Serve with sauted brussle sprouts and shallots
