Marsala Mushroom

About the Recipe

Marsala mushroom sauce


  • Butter0.3 oz.

  • Chicken Demi-Glace Concentrate 2 tsp.

  • Cremini Mushrooms 4 oz

  • .Garlic Cloves 2

  • Marsala Cooking Wine 1 oz.

  • Pot Roast Seasoning 1 1/2 tsp.


Marsala Mushroom

  1. Return pan used to cook pork chops to medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil

  2. Add mushrooms, remaining  garlic, and a pinch of salt to hot pan. 

  3. Stir occasionally until lightly browned, 3-4 minutes. 

  4. Add marsala wine and cook until mostly evaporated, 30-60 seconds. 

  5. Stir in demi-glace, 1/4 cup water, and any accumulated juices from resting meat

  6. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, remove from burner. Stir in butte
