Yogurt - Tahini - Ginger
About the Recipe
The way for a tasty salad dressing, go through combining all the flavors - sour (vinegar, lemon, lime), sweet (any type of sugar), salty (salt, soy, fish sauce), fat (olive oil, tahini, avocado, Sesame oil) and some spiciness.
On this base you can add more flavors: mustard, garlic, ginger, herbs, spices and more.
When you find a delicious salad dressing recipe,
make a large amount of it and keep it in the fridge for at least a week, or even freeze it!
Ingredients
300 g high protein yogurt
100 g tahini
3 tbsp dates syrup
Juice and zest from 2 lemons
5 cm ginger
1 tsp salt + pepper
4 green onions
Small bunch coriander
Preparation
Grind everything in a blender and keep in the fridge
