Ingredients. (4 French bread slices)
3 TBS Almond flour
1 TBS protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
20 g melted butter. (avocado oil)
30 ml heavy cream
1 egg
⅛ tsp salt
1 tsp Sweetener
½ tsp cinnamon
Preparation. (for 2 baked breads = 4 slices)
Mix the dry ingredients
Add the wet ingredients and mix well
Pour ½ of the dough into PAM sprayed 5"x5" dish and microwave for 80 sec
Remove and let cool - slice into 2 slices
Dredge and fry the bread:
Mix: 1 egg, 30 ml heavy cream, salt, 1 tsp sweetner, and 20 gr melted butter.
Dredge the bread and fry in a skillet with butter on both sides until golden.
Serve warm with confection swevre or low carb maple syrup.
