Tahini Bread



















Pan size: 4 x 4 x 3 inch (10 x 10 x 8 cm) square pan

Yields 7 slices


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large eggs at room temperature

  • ½ cup (130g) tahini

  • ½ tablespoon (7mL) water

  • 1 tablespoon (15mL) apple cider vinegar

  • ¼ teaspoon (2g) salt

  • ¼ teaspoon (2g) baking soda

  • ½ teaspoon (2g) baking powder

  • 2-4 tablespoons (25-50g) granulated sweetener

  • Sesame seeds (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare mold with parchment paper

  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients with a spatula until completely blended

  3. Pour into mold and sprinkle sesame seeds.

  4. Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 30-40 minutes.

  5. Let it completely cool before serving.
