INGREDIENTS
2 large eggs at room temperature
½ cup (130g) tahini
½ tablespoon (7mL) water
1 tablespoon (15mL) apple cider vinegar
¼ teaspoon (2g) salt
¼ teaspoon (2g) baking soda
½ teaspoon (2g) baking powder
2-4 tablespoons (25-50g) granulated sweetener
Sesame seeds (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare mold with parchment paper
In a bowl, mix all ingredients with a spatula until completely blended
Pour into mold and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 30-40 minutes.
Let it completely cool before serving.
